Day 1: USA - Paris – Prague.
Transatlantic overnight flight via Air France flight # AF 023 departing JFK airport at 5:00pm to Paris and continue to Prague. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.


Prague

Day 2: Paris – Prague.
Arrival in Paris at 6:00am and continue via AF1382 at 7:15am with arrival in Prague at 8:55am. Greetings from our representative and transfer to hotel Amigo. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


Charles Bridge, Prague

Day 3: Prague.
After breakfast, a city tour, including the Cathedral of St. Vitus, Charles Bridge, Wenceslaus Square, the Royal Summer Palace, the Jewish Quarter and the oldest synagogue in Europe. The afternoon is at leisure. Dinner will be served in a typical Czech restaurant.

Day 4: Prague.
After breakfast enjoy a full day at leisure or take an optional excursion to Nizbor to see the production of hand made crystal glass (you will have the unique opportunity to buy glass directly from the manufacturer) or to Terezin a town and fortress founded in 1780 by Josef II. In 1942 Terezin became a Jewish ghetto and the fortress became one of the most dreaded Nazi prisons.

Morning drive to Poland. Visit Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz. Arrive in the late afternoon to Krakow, for five centuries the seat of Polish kings. Site of Europe’s second largest synagogue, it was the center of cultural and political life. Dinner and overnight at the Farmona Business Hotel & Spa (www.farmonahotel.com).


Krakow

Day 6: Krakow.
Morning city tour visiting Wawel Castle, Market Square, St. Mary’s Church, the Renaissance Cloth Hall and other ancient landmarks. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner in local restaurant.


Warsaw

Day 7: Krakow-Warsaw.
After breakfast, depart to Warsaw visiting Jasna Gora Monastery, world famous Black Madonna. An afternoon city tour of Warsaw visiting the Old Town, Royal Route, the Ghetto Memorial, Chopin’s monument and the lush Lazienski Park. Farewell dinner in local restaurant with folklore show. Accomodation in hotel Jan III Sobielski (www.sobieski.com.pl).


Old Town Warsaw

Day 8: Warsaw – USA.
After breakfast transfer to the airport for Air France flight AF2047 12:45pm to Paris with connecting flight AF 010 at 3:55pm arriving in New York at 6:10pm.
